When can I expect my order to arrive?

Delivery of items we have in stock is normally mailed within seven business days. However, the lead time can vary as all of our items are hand made in our own facility, though usually no more than two weeks after an order is placed. As soon as your order has been dispatched from our factory, you will receive an automatically-generated email in which you will find the tracking number of your order. The delivery time also depends on the country it’s been shipped to. European, US and shipments to Canada normally take 1-2 business days, to other countries it takes 3-4 days business days . All orders are shipped by FedEx and are traceable.

In time for Christmas! To have your purchase in before Christmas, please place your order no later then the 21st of December. For bed orders, please place your order no later then 17th of December.

When can I expect my custom order to arrive?

Custom made orders can sometimes take a bit longer to arrive. Depending on the product, it can take up 5-10 business days for your custom order to be shipped.

Can my order be delivered internationally?

Yes. We are pleased to provide an enhanced international shopping experience for customers in more than 80 countries.

What are the shipping rates
We try to offer as low as possible shipping rates. All orders are shipped from out our production facility in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the items ordered and are automatically calculated for you at checkout.

Orders of * $ 250 or more receive free shipping.   

( * not applicable on cat island, dog beds and pillow orders. Due to the size, we are not able to offer free shipping on these items yet)

What are my shipping options?

We’re excited to offer flat-rate shipping to our international destinations via FedEX Express. Pricing will be provided at checkout.

Please note that delivery times go into effect the business day after you place an order.

What are my payment options?

How much duty and taxes are charged on international orders?

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country. The applicable duty and tax/VAT are not included by See Scout Sleep and will be, if applicable, be invoice separately by customs.

Warranty

Our warranty policy

See Scout Sleep items are handmade in our own production facility, by our own team of professional seamstresses. Each piece is individually made from natural materials. 

Our products are made to last. However, the lifespan of our items is determined by the care, wear, and elements each item is subjected to. Hemp webbing or leather breakage due to chewing, excessable water exposure or anything else that compromises the integrity of the material beyond normal wear is not considered a manufacturer’s defect.

Tarnishing, fading and mild fraying are all parts of normal wear and tear. See Scout Sleep cannot replace items because of these factors.
A manufacturer’s defect such as hardware failure will be replaced within 12 months of purchase by See Scout Sleep. If you like to claim a warranty case, please send us an email customercare@seescoutsleep.com, include your order number, order date and a picture of the damage item. 

Returns & Exchanges

OUR RETURN POLICY

• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.

• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
• Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• Final Sale items may not be returned

HOW DO I RETURN MY PURCHASE

Please Note: For international returns we have fixed return shipping rates. All international returns are shipped by FedEx.

1. Go to seescoutsleep.com
2. Go to My Account, go to the ‘return my purchase’ and complete the return form. Submit the form
3. Securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package or ask the FedEx courier for a FedEx padded pack or in case your order came in a FedEx box use the same box or ask the FedEx courier for the same size box. Note: all international returns should be packed in a FedEx padded pack or FedEx box it came in, returns in other size packaging may not be returned.
4. In the meantime your received a payment link from See Scout Sleep with the return shipping fee. When the payment is received, your return will be processed.
5. You will receive a email from FedEx with an return slip attached, print out the return slip and put it on the package
6. Drop off your package at a FedEx point of schedule a pickup.
7. International returns can only be shipped with FedEx. See Scout Sleep cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
8. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

REFUNDS AND PROCESSING TIME

If your package arrives at See Scout Sleep within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. NOTE: Your bank may need extra time to process a refund.

LIKE TO EXCHANGE YOUR PURCHASE FOR ANOTHER SIZE, COLOR OR PRODUCT?
We of course offer the possibility to exchange your purchased item. Please follow the steps below.
1. Go to My Account, go to the ‘return my purchase’ and complete the return form. Here you can fill out for which product you like to exchange and for what.
Submit the form
2. Securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package or ask the FedEx courier for a FedEx padded pack or in case your order came in a FedEx box use the same box or ask the FedEx courier for the same size box. Note: all international returns should be packed in a FedEx padded pack or FedEx box it came in, returns in other size packaging may not be returned.
