Ordering and payment
Orders placed on Friday after 6:00pm CET will begin processing on the following Monday. See Scout Sleep will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.
Please note: Once an order has been completed and shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient material on stock of items listed on seescoutsleep.com, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email.

When international orders reach their destination country/region, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

If you refuse a shipment from See Scout Sleep, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to See Scout Sleep. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Your privacy is important to us, and we care about how your order information is used and shared. We would like customers who are sending or receiving products via international shipping to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection, and may be opened by customs authorities.
We provide certain order, shipment, and product information (such as description) to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the Netherlands may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The person receiving the package when it reaches its destination must pay import Fees.
If you refuse a shipment from See Scout Sleep, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to See Scout Seep. See Scout Sleep ships worldwide. However may you have problem at check-out due to your country that isn’t recognized for shipping, please do contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns and exchanges
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
- Postage/courier costs for returns or exchanges, unless the original item was shipped in error, are for your own expense
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
- Free Shipping applies to orders that are not returned for a refund, refund requests will be honored and processed less the shipping cost.
- Duties & Taxes associated are not covered,, and are for own expense
- Final Sale items may not be returned.
- Custom-made items may not be returned.
- Please re-package in the original packaging
- You will be responsible for the package until received by us, please make sure to ship your return / exchange your insured and/or traced.

If your package arrives at See Scout Sleep within the 14-day timeline, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. NOTE: Your bank may need extra time to process a refund after receiving the information from See Scout Sleep.
In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, you"ll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we"ll credit your account.
Our warranty policy
See Scout Sleep items are handmade in our own production facility, by our own team of professional seamstresses. Each piece is individually made from natural materials.
Our products are made to last. However, the lifespan of our items is determined by the care, wear, and elements each item is subjected to. Hemp webbing or leather breakage due to chewing, excessable water exposure or anything else that compromises the integrity of the material beyond normal wear is not considered a manufacturer’s defect.
Tarnishing, fading and mild fraying are all parts of normal wear and tear. See Scout Sleep cannot replace items because of these factors.
A manufacturer’s defect such as hardware failure will be replaced within 12 months of purchase by See Scout Sleep. If you like to claim a warranty case, please send us an email email@example.com, include your order number, order date and a picture of the damage item.
